Returning Your Order

Scripps Safe TRXP Series Safes

To minimize the chance you select the wrong product for your needs, please allow us to assist you in selecting the right product based on size, weight and overall purpose. However, if you find that the product you ordered is not what you expected we will gladly help you. Scripps Safe, Inc. offers one of the best return policies in the business. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. If we made an error in ordering, or if an item arrives damaged and it cannot be fixed with a part replacement, we will pay to return the item to us and send you a new product. If you determine that you do not want a replacement part or a new product, the item may be returned according to our General Returns Policy detailed below.

  • In most cases, we will issue a refund (less any applicable freight, restocking, or other charges) in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the product.

Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your refund to be posted. If you paid by check, it will take longer to be refunded.

  • Any promotional or free products will need to be returned, or at your request we may bill you for the value of the product plus shipping & handling.
  • Products that offer free shipping; the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Opened Box

  • Restocking fees, delivery,installation and return shipping fees applied. (If delivered product is incorrect as a result of our error, we will exchange for the correct product or issue a full refund.)

Damaged Product

  • Must notify the delivery company at the time of delivery.

Custom Products

  • We do not accept returns for custom made or Non-Stock Items.
  • Not returnable

*All requests for refunds, cancellations and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the product shipped. Custom products or non-stock items must be cancelled within 1 business day of order date. If cancelled 1 business day after the order date, a 20% restocking charge may apply.

If for some reason you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 1-844-4SAFE-RX (472-3379). Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once the item is shipped from our warehouse so contacting us as soon as possible is important. If we are unable to cancel the order before it is shipped, you will need to return the item according to our the General Return Policy. (see above for details). Custom orders cannot be canceled if manufacturing has started and you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item including shipping if applicable. Custom orders are defined as non-standard, one of a kind (color or configuration) products.


Warranties

Each safe sold by Scripps Safe, Inc. or 4SAFERX.com comes with a 1 Year Limited Product & Labor Warranty which will be shipped with the safe.  If you need assistance, with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company please call 1-844-4SAFE-RX. Each safe also comes with 1 Year Unlimited Technical Service Support



Limitations
The warranties set forth are subject to the following limitations:

  1. The sellers (Scripps Safe, Inc. and/or 4SAFERX.com) responsibility and the buyer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) or product. The seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss or damage due to fire, water, theft or vandalism) to persons or property resulting from the breach of this or any other express or implied warranty applicable to the product. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  2. Except as may be otherwise provided by applicable law, the seller hereby disclaims any and all other covenants and warranties, whether written, oral, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Where provided by applicable law, such implied warranties shall be limited in duration to a period of the Term of Warranty (see above) from the date of purchase. Some states, provinces, and countries do not allow disclaimers or limitations of implied warranties, so the above disclaimer and limitation may not apply to you.
  3. These warranties shall be void if repairs are made without prior authorization of the seller.
  4. The seller is not responsible for damage to the product incurred during shipment. The product was packed in accordance with Interstate Commerce Commission specifications, and with reasonable handling, should be in good condition on arrival. Any claims for shipping damage should be made directly to the carrier.
  5. These warranties do not cover defects caused by modification, alteration, repair or service of the product by anyone other than the manufacturer or its authorized representative, or by physical abuse to or misuse of the product.
  6. No Scripps Safe, Inc. or 4SAFERX.com employee, agent, representative, or dealer has the authority to make or imply any representation, promise or agreement that in any way varies the terms of this Limited Warranty.
  7. This Limited Warranty shall apply to new, products and shall not apply to previously owned products.
  8. Any warranty, as it applies to waterproof claims, shall not cover any products previously damaged by fire.

All of the provisions of this Limited Warranty are separate and severable, which means that if any provision is held invalid and unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions hereof.

This Limited Warranty gives you special legal rights, which vary from state to state, province to province, or country to country.

Extended Warranties are available covering 2 to 5 extra years.  Please contact Scripps Safe, Inc. within the first year of your purchase to add additional warranty and support coverage.
