Customers have the ultimate responsibility to ensure they are compliant with all federal, state, city and/or county regulations. By placing an order, a customer releases Scripps Safe, Inc. all affiliates and partners from any and all legal liability of customer’s controlled substance security compliance.

Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRIPPS SAFE TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIS ORDER FOR PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER (WHETHER SUCH CAUSE BE BASED ON NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE PRO-RATED PRODUCT OR SERVICE PRICE TO WHICH SUCH CAUSE ARISES. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH SCRIPPS SAFE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
