To minimize the chance you select the wrong product for your needs, please allow us to assist you in selecting the right product based on size, weight and overall purpose. However, if you find that the product you ordered is not what you expected we will gladly help you. Scripps Safe, Inc. offers one of the best return policies in the business. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (minus fees below). If we made an error in ordering, or if an item arrives damaged and it cannot be fixed with a part replacement, we will pay to return the item to us and send you a new product. If you determine that you do not want a replacement part or a new product, the item may be returned according to our General Returns Policy detailed below.

We will issue a refund (less any applicable freight, restocking, or other charges) by check. Refunds take 15 – 25 business days to process.

  • Full refund, less restocking fee, delivery fee, and return fees.
  • In most cases, we will issue a refund (less any applicable freight, restocking, or other charges) in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the product. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for your refund to be posted. If you paid by check, it will take longer to be refunded.

Refund Amount*

  • Full product value refund.
  • Less 25% manufacturers restocking fee.
    Less shipping and handling fees (both ways).
  • Less 2.95% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
    Any promotional or free products will need to be returned, or at your request we may bill you for the value of the product plus shipping & handling.
  • Products that offer free shipping; the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns for custom-made or Non-Stock items.

All requests for refunds, cancellations and exchanges must be made within 15 days of the date the product shipped. Custom products or non-stock items must be cancelled within 1 business day of order date. If cancelled 1 business day after the order date, a 20% restocking charge may apply.

If for some reason you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 1-844-4SAFE-RX (472-3379). Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once the item is shipped from our warehouse so contacting us as soon as possible is important. If we are unable to cancel the order before it is shipped, you will need to return the item according to our the General Return Policy. (see above for details).

Custom orders cannot be canceled if manufacturing has started and you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item including shipping if applicable.
